Planning of an international hotel chain project with an existing hotel concept. bwmretail team, as the general contructor, was responsible for general planning, HVACE, building physics, structral engineering, traffic planning, facade design and as well as for the management of the authority approval phase and tendering phase in order the project to be realized according the clients design criterias. The popular Moxy Hotels were built using a modular wood construction system and feature a façade that appears to wrap itself around the structure like wickerwork and boasts bright accents in the CI colour.
